How to order

You can order your products on this internetsite in our online-shop.

If ordering your products through our online shop isn't an option or not conveniant to you, you can use one of the following options:

• The orderform in Word.
  (this form can be downloaded and/or printed directly from your computer.)
• Or download the orderform as "zip" file.
  (if you can open "zip" files on your computer)
• Placing an Order by Phone
  We do understand that many of our customers may not wish to use the Internet to place an order, please feel free to place your order by telephone.

How to order online

After having selected a productrange, for example: "Moderna", the shopping menu will appear on your screen on the left. On the right, all the products of this range will be listed.

Ordering step by step:

• In the productmenu you can choose the range:
  • For example: "Moderna"
• On the rightside all the products in this range will be listed;
  • You can make your choice by filling in the number of pieces you want and/or choose the framecolor and click on "Order".
  • The product is now added to your shoppingcart.
  • You can shop some more, or look at the content of your cart.
• View your shoppingcart by clicking on "Shoppingcart" in the leftmenu.
  • Your orderform with all the products placed in your cart will appear.
    Products can be removed by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product.
  • If you want to go back to the shop simply click on one of the items in the left menu.
• On the orderform the products in your shoppingcart are listed along with;
  • the price,
  • VAT per product,
  • transportationcosts (if applicable) and
  • the total amount.
• In the orderform you can now fill in your details.
  • Please fill out the entire form, we need to have all the information to proces your order.
• Payment in advance;
  • For orders outside the Netherlands we have to ask for payment in advance.
  • All of our products are manufactured on demand, we have no products in stock.
• Filled out the complete form and checked our "Terms and conditions"?
• Your order is ready to be send by clicking on the "Send" button. Your orderform will now be send to us. At the same time you will receive a copy by email on the email adress you entered.
  
  Befor you send your order you may print it to have a copy of the original form.
  You can do so by clicking on "Print order" or by clicking on the right mousebutton and choose "Print".
• After receiving your order we will contact you to evaluate your order. You will receive a:
  • customernumber,
  • ordernumber and
  • the date of delivery.
• Remember for order outside of Holland; we will start the production upon receipt of the total payment in advance.
• If your products are ready to be shipped, we will contact you.
